Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a print from Kess Gallery at kess.gallery. Kess Gallery is an online print shop based in Oyster Bay, Sydney. We don't have a shopfront.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices can change at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. Full payment is due when you order. We accept most credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Your order

Every print is made to order once your payment has been received.

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in Australia on every print. Allow 7 days for Fine Art Paper, 14 days for Canvas, and up to 21 days for Canvas Float and Acrylic. We can't deliver to PO boxes. Delivery times are estimates; if anything holds your order up, we'll email you. Full details are on our Delivery and returns page.

Orders outside Australia

Email us for a delivery quote before you order. We start your print once the delivery cost is paid. Prices include 10% GST. Any import duties or taxes charged in your country are paid by you, usually when the print arrives.

Returns and damaged prints

Prints are made to order, so we don't accept returns if you change your mind, including prints bought on sale and gift cards. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, email info@kess.gallery as soon as you can with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Caring for your print

Canvas, Canvas Float and Acrylic prints arrive ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight and at least 1.5 m from heaters and fireplaces. For help hanging your print, see our print hanging service.

Privacy and card security

Payments are processed by Shopify, which meets the PCI DSS security standard. We never see or store your card details. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
