Privacy Policy: Kess Gallery respects your privacy.  We will never willingly give away, sell or otherwise share your personal information including your name, address, telephone or email to a third party other than in the reasonable course of shipping goods purchased by you.

Credit Card Security: Kess Gallery will not store your credit card information.  Our online store is Powered by the Shopify platform.  Shopify meets all 6 categories of PCI DSS Standards (this compliance extends to all stores powered by Shopify).

What is PCI DSS Compliance?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure. Pricing: All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax).  Kess Gallery reserves the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

Payments: Full payment is required at the time of ordering your print online.  We accept most Credit/Debit Cards, Pay Pal and Afterpay

Time Frame for Production & Delivery of Goods:  Kess Gallery offer Free Shipping Australia Wide for prints no larger than 1.8m on the long side. Your framed or acrylic print will be delivered to your specified address by courier and we will provide you with the Tracking details via email prior to delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Once full payment has been received, we will place your order with our printer.  For unframed prints, please allow 7 days for delivery within Australia (via Australia Post). For all other prints, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Whilst we endeavour to be timely in our delivery of your prints, there will be occasions beyond our control when delivery cannot be made within the specified period.  We will always notify you by email if we anticipate this happening, however we do not take responsibility for any loss or inconvenience incurred by the customer for late delivery. 

International Shipping Fees for framed and acrylic prints varies. Please email sales@kess.gallery to receive a quote before ordering online.  We will not process your international order until the shipping fee has been paid in full.

Duties & Taxes Payable within Australia: A Goods and Services Tax of 10% is payable at the time of purchase and is included in the total price of the sale.

Duties & Taxes Payable Outside Australia: A Goods and Services Tax of 10% is payable at the time of purchase and is included in the total price of the sale. Orders outside of Australia may be required to pay additional Government Duties/Taxes in the country the item is being shipped to.  Please note, the customer is responsible for paying such Taxes or Duties. This generally occurs upon collection/receipt of your goods.  We recommend that you take into consideration such costs before placing your order.  

Returns Policy within Australia:   Each print order is made to suit your specific requirements.  Therefore we do not accept returns if you change your mind - this includes any purchases on Sale items and Gift Certificates.

Faulty or Damaged Items:   All care is taken to ensure your print arrives undamaged. Each print is carefully inspected before shipping therefore in the rare event that your print arrives damaged through the course of shipping, we will replace the print/s at no extra charge. However, you will need to notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the print/s to sales@kess.gallery.  In your email you will need to send us a photo of the damaged item/s. 

Care & Maintenance of your Prints:  Your framed or Acrylic print will arrive ready to hang. If you are not confident in hanging the print yourself we can arrange a hanging service to do this for you.  However, this will incur an extra fee.  Please call our Sales Manager, Kylie on +61407406728 for a quote.  We do not recommend hanging photographic prints in direct sunlight.  Ensure any print purchased from Kess Gallery is hung at least 1.5m away from any heat source eg. gas/electric heaters or a fireplace etc.
