Delivery and returns
Every print is made to order, and delivery is free anywhere in Australia, whatever the size.
Delivery
Allow this long from your order to your door:

- Paper prints travel by Australia Post. Canvas, Canvas Float and Acrylic prints come by courier.
- We email your tracking details as soon as your print is on its way.
- We can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.
- If anything holds your order up, we'll email you straight away.
Outside Australia
We can send prints overseas. Email info@kess.gallery before you order and we'll quote the delivery cost. We start your print once the delivery cost is paid. Any import duties or taxes charged in your country are paid by you when the print arrives.
Returns
Because every print is made to order for you, we don't accept returns if you change your mind. That includes prints bought on sale and gift cards.
If your print arrives damaged
Every print is checked and packed with care. If yours arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right.
- Email info@kess.gallery as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo of the damage.
- We'll replace the print at no cost to you.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
Once it arrives
- Canvas, Canvas Float and Acrylic prints arrive ready to hang.
- Keep your print out of direct sunlight, and at least 1.5 m from heaters and fireplaces.
