Every Kess Gallery print is made to order, delivered free anywhere in Australia, and numbered with its own certificate of authenticity. Here's what happens after you choose a photograph.

    Pick the photograph, then the finish and the size. Every image comes as Acrylic, Canvas Float, Canvas or Fine Art Paper, in standard sizes from 50 cm to 2.4 m.

    Made for you

    Nothing is printed in advance. Your print is made to order in Australia once your payment clears, then checked and packed with care before it leaves.

    Acrylic is face-mounted and floats off the wall on a hidden frame. Canvas and Canvas Float arrive stretched and ready to hang. Fine Art Paper is printed on Ilford metallic gloss paper, ready for your framer.

    Delivered free

    Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, whatever the size. We email your tracking details as soon as your print is on its way. Fine Art Paper travels by Australia Post; Canvas, Canvas Float and Acrylic come by courier.

    If your print arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

    Your numbered certificate

    Every print is numbered in the order it's sold, so yours has its own place in the Kess Gallery register. Your certificate of authenticity records the photograph, its number, the finish, size and date, and your name as the collector. It's signed by Alexander and carries a QR code that links back to its page on kess.gallery.

    It comes by email with your order confirmation rather than in the box, so it's ready the day you order. Print it on A4 to keep with your print, or save it as a PDF.

    On your wall

    Acrylic, Canvas and Canvas Float prints arrive ready to hang, with the fittings already on the back. Fine Art Paper arrives unframed, ready for your framer.

    Hang your print out of direct sunlight and at least 1.5 m from heaters and fireplaces, with its centre at about eye level, around 150 cm from the floor.

Is the certificate posted with my print?

No. It comes by email with your order confirmation, so it's ready the day you order. Print it on A4 or save it as a PDF to keep with your print. The link in your order emails always opens it again.

Can the certificate be in someone else's name?

Yes. If the print is a gift, or you'd like a different name on it, reply to your order email and we'll update it. The number stays the same.

How are the prints numbered?

Each photograph has its own sequence. Prints are numbered in the order they're sold, starting with our first sale in 2018, and a number is never reused. Most of our prints are open editions, so the number records when yours was made rather than how many there will be.

Can I return a print?

Every print is made to order for you, so we don't accept returns if you change your mind. If yours arrives damaged or faulty, email info@kess.gallery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. Email info@kess.gallery before you order and we'll quote the delivery cost. Any import duties or taxes in your country are paid when the print arrives.

Can I have a size that isn't listed?

Yes. Any photograph can be made to the size your wall needs. Get an instant estimate on our custom sizes page and we'll confirm the price within one business day.

Can you photograph a place for me?

Yes. Alexander photographs places to order. Personal commissions start from $500, with travel across Sydney and the Illawarra included. Commissions

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, from $300. They're sent by email, can arrive on a day you choose, and are valid for 3 years. Gift cards

How do I look after my print?

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heaters. Dust Acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth, never glass cleaner or paper towel. Dust canvas with a soft, dry cloth, with no water or cleaning products. For Fine Art Paper, ask your framer for UV-protective glazing and acid-free mat board.
