Good to know

Who owns the photograph

Alexander keeps the copyright, and your image may join the Kess Gallery collection. You get a personal-use licence to print, frame and enjoy it. Choose Exclusive and it stays yours alone.

Booking and payment

Once we've confirmed the place can be flown, a 50% deposit books the session. The balance is due when you choose your image.

When the weather doesn't cooperate

We plan around swell, wind, tide and light. Weather reschedules are free, and we keep going until we have the shot.

Using the image for a business

A listing, a campaign or anything commercial is a licensing job for Kess Media, and we'll quote it separately.
